Born in Coburg, Germany, Hugh graduated in 1997 from Friedrich-Alexander-University in Nuremberg with an MBA. He also holds a Marketing Diploma from the University of California at Berkeley. Before he moved to New York City and founded inSight NYC LLC in January 2002 he worked as a Marketing Manager in Silicon Valley and later as an Account Supervisor for an international public relations firm in Washington, DC.
